Andi is a Positive Change Agent with Flourish Veterinary Consulting, bringing 20+ years of experience across nursing, management, and leadership in mixed animal practice, equine referral hospitals, and small animal care. A Licensed Veterinary Technician, she holds advanced education in Applied Positive Psychology and Positive Psychology Coaching, and is pursuing her master’s in conflict management and positive communication at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Passionate about helping veterinary professionals thrive, Andi blends science, heart, and real-world know-how to support teams in creating healthier workplaces. She lives in Ocala, FL with her DVM husband and her horses, dogs, and kitties — and spends her off-hours chasing the joy of three-day eventing.
